The terms that govern the supply and use of Cloud Web Hosting services.
These terms form the agreement between Cloud Web Hosting and the person or organisation buying a service. By ordering or using a service, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you have authority to enter into the agreement.
We will provide the hosting, email, domain or related service described in your order. Service levels, storage and resource limits are those shown for the selected plan. Maintenance and circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect availability.
Prices are shown before VAT unless stated otherwise. Recurring services renew for the billing period selected and invoices are due by the date shown. We may suspend an overdue service after appropriate notice.
You are responsible for your content, account security, software updates that are not included in a care plan, and complying with the Acceptable Use Policy.
Server backups are provided as a recovery measure, not as your only copy of important data. You should also keep an independent copy of material that is critical to your organisation.
Cancellation, refunds and notice periods are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Clauses that reasonably need to continue after termination will remain in effect.
