Renewals
Recurring services remain active until cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling before renewal if you do not want the next billing period.
Refunds
Refunds are considered according to the type of service, work already completed and any non-refundable third-party cost. Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are normally non-refundable once submitted.
Migration and one-off work
For migration and other one-off services, any refund will take account of work already completed and costs already incurred.
After cancellation
Access to hosted data may end when the service terminates. Export anything you need before the end date. Backups are not guaranteed to remain available after cancellation.
