Security
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, distribute malware, run phishing pages, scan other systems without permission or interfere with the service.
Email and messaging
Unsolicited bulk email, purchased mailing lists and deceptive messages are not allowed. Mailing activity must follow applicable law and include a working opt-out where required.
Resource use
Accounts must stay within their plan limits and must not be used in a way that causes material harm to other customers or the platform. We will contact you where a change of plan or configuration is needed.
Responding to problems
We may restrict affected content or services where reasonably necessary to protect the platform or comply with law. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and give you a chance to resolve it.
